| Are we easy to keep in contact with? |

| I often hear from frustrated taxpayers who have retained other Tax Problem Resolution firms to help them and can’t talk to a live person after handing over their money. We answer our own telephones, respond to our own e-mails and work directly with you. We can’t, nor do we want to hide from you. |
