| OK! What's the real deal on these Offers In Compromise? Can we, or anyone else, negotiate a deal for you?
You have, no doubt, seen and heard many TV and radio commercials from the National Tax Representation companies who parade testimonials from the nice couple next door or the businessman whose world was saved for a small fraction of what they owed.
2-3 years ago, it was a lot more likely that they could help you than it is today. We have been very successful in getting those deals also. Not today, though. We can tell in a five minute telephone conversation with you if you might be eligible for one of those deals and we won't ask you for several thousand dollars up front to figure it out.
More likely, you will want us to “negotiate” a payment plan for you which will cost considerably less than these big TV advertisers are going to ask. Give us a call or contact us by e-mail and let us give you the news, good or bad.
Be careful! How do you think they pay for all of that advertising? The best advice I can give is to talk to the person who is actually going to do your work and check them out the best you can. You need someone who is an Enrolled Agent, a CPA or a tax attorney. A tax attorney is overkill. Unless you have committed tax evasion, a tax attorney can’t do any more for you than an experienced Enrolled Agent or CPA.
Try to talk to a local firm. If none is available talk to us. Go on the www.etaxes.com website and look for recommended other firms. |
