Our goal is to resolve your tax problems with the least amount of time involvement, the least amount of pain and suffering to you and at a fee that won't require you to mortgage your house or your kids to pay us. Integrity is very important to us. We won't lie to you nor will we lie to the IRS on your behalf. Of course, we're not going to volunteer that you spent all your money on a trip to Europe and can't pay your taxes now…they'll have to lock us up in solitary confinement and torture us to get us to reveal that kind of information.
We have found out, over these past 30+ years, that honesty is best and being straight forward with you and with the IRS regarding your ability to pay gives us the best result for you. That is how we work and we won't change that way of doing business for anyone.
I now have over 35 years of experience in preparing taxes and helping people with their tax problems. Those who help me also have several years and I have trained them personally to reflect our values and desire to help. It is a rare occasion when the IRS won't work with us since our reputation with them is based on decades of experience. Believe me, they talk about us as much as they talk about you. They do keep book on tax representatives and know the good ones from the ones who are just taking your money and delaying the process. |

| Are we easy to keep in contact with? |

| I often hear from frustrated taxpayers who have retained other Tax Problem Resolution firms to help them and can't talk to a live person after handing over their money. We answer our own telephones, respond to our own e-mails and work directly with you. We can't, nor do we want to hide from you. |

| Are we perfect? |

Goodness no!! We had a couple of guys work for us, a few years ago, when we were growing too fast, who failed to adequately take care of their assigned clients. They were quickly dismissed and we spent several months cleaning up their messes, at our expense. We even refunded every cent that two clients had paid, who just didn't believe that we would fix things. Perfect? No! Honest, yes.
